Seasons Greetings: COVID-19 Edition
2020 is coming to an end and there’s nowhere to go but up. It has been a challenging year, but we have survived 2020’s trials and tribulations and will continue to do so going into 2021.
We are grateful to our Clients who show patience and understanding as we work together through the COVID-19 pandemic. Unforeseen delays affected our supply chains and subsequently our projects due to government regulations and ongoing global delays in freight and manufacturing. Despite the various setbacks our team and vendors did their best to keep projects on the rails — the struggles have been arduous, but the results rewarding.
Unrelated to COVID-19, some us have also prevailed over personal hardships in the last year. I have completed surgery and chemotherapy after a diagnosis of cancer. I want to thank: all of the amazing staff at the Windsor Regional Hospital’s Cancer Program for the great services they provided during my chemotherapy; my Clients who were understanding of the physical limitations and fatigue imposed by chemo treatments during their project’s design development through to close-out phase; and everyone who is part of The Style Box team and our partners, specifically lead carpenter Michael Breault and wife Bree, and our stone fabricators Phil & Anita Dimambro of Dimanti Stone Works.
It has been a year unlike any other. We wish everyone good health and strength during the Holiday Season.
Warmest Holiday wishes from our family to yours,
Lee
