Will you undertake our remodel project if we purchase our own materials?

Unless we are contracted to only provide design services or materials, such as renderings and elevations or cabinets for DIY installation, we do not quote projects without purchasing most materials ourselves.

Acceptable client supplied material includes kitchen and bath accessories, most surface mounted fixtures, and appliances which we encourage our clients to supply.
