Should we budget for more than the price we’re quoted?

While we pride ourselves on providing accurate fixed-price quotes, there is always the chance of encountering concealed conditions that may arise beyond anyone’s control, such as wildlife infestation, material deterioration, outdated wiring, Building Code violations and other code deficiencies, etc. Typically, this doesn’t happen, but it can happen since we aren’t equipped with x-ray vision.

When and if issues arise due to concealed conditions, we address all issues immediately and minimize any expenses to the best of our ability.
